SCRB has successfully implemented the e-Office system across various police units to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Comprehensive training sessions were conducted to equip personnel with the necessary skills for using the platform effectively. This initiative enhances paperless operations and ensures faster decision-making within the department.

The e-DSR portal, developed by SCRB, automates the generation of Daily Situation Reports (DSRs), streamlining a process that was previously done manually. This system enhances efficiency by reducing errors and saving time. It plays a crucial role in providing real-time data for better decision-making in police operations.

The e-FIR service developed by SCRB allows citizens to conveniently register FIRs online without the need to visit a police station. This service enhances accessibility by enabling people to report crimes from anywhere, at any time. It streamlines the process and ensures quick response, improving public safety and transparency.

The e-Vivechana App, developed by SCRB, is a cutting-edge mobile application designed to streamline and enhance the investigation process for Investigating Officers (IOs). Previously, IOs had to enter investigation data into CCTNS from a computer within the police station, which was connected through intranet and inaccessible from outside. Limited availability of computers often caused delays as officers had to wait for their turn to input data.

The e-Vivechana App solves these challenges by allowing IOs to update investigation details anytime, anywhere, using a tablet provided to them. It offers a voice-to-text feature for quick and efficient data entry, improving productivity and reducing manual effort. Additionally, the app allows IOs to accurately capture latitude and longitude of the crime scene, eliminating previous errors in geographical entries.

For security purposes, the app is linked to a tablet with a specific IMEI number, ensuring that only authorized users can access it, thus maintaining confidentiality and control over sensitive data. The app significantly reduces delays in investigation reporting, enhances data accuracy, and ensures secure access for officers.

The Crime Dashboard developed by SCRB is an advanced analytical tool designed to provide real-time insights into crime data across Madhya Pradesh. It enables law enforcement agencies to monitor crime trends, identify hotspots, and analyze patterns for informed decision-making. The dashboard offers comprehensive features such as crime mapping, detailed statistics on various offenses, accused tracking, and performance metrics, significantly enhancing the efficiency of policing and public safety initiatives.
